Haryana, a state known for its rich agricultural legacy and rapid industrialisation, nds itself at a pivotal juncture
poised for transformative growth. Recognising the intrinsic link between education, skilling, and employment
in driving socio-economic progress,
the Government of Haryana has
placed these sectors at the forefront
of its development agenda.
Haryana took a pioneering step in 2017 to articulate its SDG Vision 2030. 2023 is a mid-point year for achieving the 2030 goals, and it gives us an opportunity to revisit our VISION for 2030 and recalibrate our plans for 2047 considering the vastly changed landscape due to Covid 19 and its implications on all dimensions of life and governance.
This calls for re-defining it’s the State Vision with focus on a vision plan for a 'Future ready Haryana’. This will entail engaging with all stakeholders and developing a more robust and evolved Vision document for the state of Haryana that targets the new challenges and sets pragmatic ambitions for not only government departments but also for academia, industry, youth, etc.
